CIEL Industries stands behind it’s manufactured products with a 12 month professional use, 24 month personal use warranty.

This standard warranty has the following stipulations

• The warranty period starts from the date of purchase as stated on the invoice or receipt.
• The standard warranty period is 12 months for professional use and 24 months for personal use.
• The warranty is not valid if the product has been modified, abused, or used in a manner not consistent with its intended usage.
• The warranty does not cover any parts subject to regular wear and tear.

FREE CIEL Industries 3 year extended Warranty

You can extend your warranty (Professional and Personal) to 3 years for free by registering your CIEL Industries manufactured product within 30 days of the purchase date. The following exception(s) apply.

Batteries, battery chargers, and accessories supplied with the purchased item are not covered by the extended warranty.
